As Founder and sole shareholder of the Company, Donna is responsible for the overall vision and direction of the Company as well as strategic alliances, joint ventures and partnerships, as well as sales and strategic planning. She has more than twenty five years experience in electronics and was the Founder and President of Rand Technology. She controlled all aspects of finance, marketing and personnel with unparalleled expertise in sales and customer relationships. Donna received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award while growing annual sales to more than $300 million and becoming one of the largest memory broker companies in the world. She is an expert in sales force training and deployment, having built and managed hundreds of staff across three continents. Donna lives in the San Diego area with her Husband, Son and three dogs and is an avid baseball fan. She is a champion of renewable energy and continues her passion to help others with her philanthropic efforts.
Mark consults all areas of the business with specific focus on corporate structure, governance, compliance, legal and financial matters. He has spent the past two decades in management and finance, and as an independent consultant. He is an expert in business development and operations and a skilled and experienced professional on corporate governance, financial analysis and capital investment. Mark is President and a Principal at ContainerPros, Inc., a waste services company. Mark also serves as President of SCADA Solutions, Inc., a renewable energy engineering firm. He is acting President of March Real Estate Group, a real estate development, consulting and marketing firm in Southern California. He was Vice President, Secretary and a Principal of the High Growth Capital Group, a financial publishing and reporting firm, where he served as the Managing Editor, and financial analyst, for several investment publications and as Director of Investor and Public Relations. He has successfully served as a Director on numerous private and public boards. Mark is currently Chairman of the Board of the Angels Baseball Foundation, a nonprofit group focused on supporting youth charity organizations throughout the southland. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Mark lives with his Wife, Son and three dogs in the San Diego area where they enjoy being outdoors together as much as possible.
Russ has over 20 years of experience selling components. His background includes proficiency in the areas of memory and processors as well as components in the passive arena. While focusing his efforts on top tier OEM accounts, Russ was awarded Top Salesman at RAND Technology for six years running. Russ spends most of his time with his family of eight children and his wife, Marilyn. His interests include long-distance running, road-biking, and playing sports with his kids.
As a member of the executive sales team, Rego provides leadership and vision to drive product sales for the Company's East Coast and European operations. She brings dynamic, visible and energetic leadership to positively impact business
initiatives. She drives business results and executes key sales initiatives. She has a 20+ year progressive sales and professional experience in managing a successful business and proven experience in strategic sales and business planning. She was VP of Sales and Marketing for SND Electronics, one of thelargest semiconductor brokers in the country. She went on to establish MOD Sales & Associates as a Semiconductor Brokerage and Rep Firm for Asian Contract Manufacturers, generating over 20M in component sales and contract sales with Fortune 500 OEM's. Rego has a BA in Marketing from Stonybrook University in NY and a JD in International Business Law from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She lives in Raleigh North Carolina with her Husband and three children.
